How long is the workshop and how is it structured?

Do we need to stop operations for two days?
Most organizations choose dates that allow for a lighter operational load, but teams do not need to disconnect completely. Is the EPA Test similar to DISC, MBTI, or other assessments?
The EPA Test is different in both purpose and structure. It does not categorize people or assign static personalities. Instead, it reveals behavioral patterns, emotional needs, and stress responses. What if someone on the team is resistant or skeptical?
